Our people, culture and change program was designed to keep employees excited and engaged through-out a large-scale transformation impacting 5,500 employees at our Sydney Head Office. Our quest for sustainable change required a flexible approach to educate, inform and inspire the right behaviours through the change journey and beyond as agile working continues to evolve.
